Forgive me if this has been covered, but I haven't found much info. My
translite has an area about 1/2" X 1/2" where the back is rubbed off. I'd
like to repair it, but I don't want to just put white out on it. Is there a
way to spray coat it so it looks almost original? Anyone have any
suggestions?

any
suggestions?

what translite are you trying to repair

i'd try and brush on some model train paint. Testors brand has a lot of choices to choose from. of course the location and color has a lot to do with the good chance of an undetectable fix. maybe spray paint might be the answer

depending on your budget and availability, buy a new one ?

If it just a translite I would buy a new one. They are very easy to replace and depending on the game, sometimes pretty inexpensive.
A silkscreened backglass is another story. Which game is it?

It's Addams Family. So yeah I know I can buy a new one. But that's the only flaw and it seemed easier to just fix than to spend $150 on a new one. Besides I'm cheap ;)
