good for you....that's exactly how i felt about TRON.
and i tell ya, as a new owner of my very first NIB pin, it really does feel great popping the top on that box and sliding that shiny new puppy out....knowing you're the only one that has ever played it. awesome.

Purely my guess, but I would have to take a serious look at Pearl Jam instead of Eminem. PJ just hit their 20 year mark. While I'm rarely a fan of any band themed pin (Elvis, KISS and TRS come to mind) I would love to see the PJ pin. Besides Stern follows movies (PJ is releasing a movie) But I will build a nuclear bomb and shove it up Sterns ass if he fucks it up as they have always been my favorite from band from the get go.

Well let's hope that price point is way off, or at least the normal one will be closer to the price of other new pins. If it's that high I will be out. I am going to have a tough enough time coming up with the $4-5k like I was expecting.

Stern has a metric sheet-ton to prove to people if that's accurate. Even in a small community like here there's plenty of people that don't like their design by default but AT THE PRICE OF A CAR...!!!
I don't even know wtf to say. Was Tron too successful and now they've got a big head combined with competition pressure equals a horrid decision?! these things are already out of the reach of the "average" person. IMO. I know this hobby (referring both to pins and arcades in general) seems to me to attract people that are generally on the higher end of the income scale so maybe sterns just playing the odds here but damn if it ain't a kick in the nuts to fans like me who are having to bust our asses just to buy a 30 year old machine and get it cleaned up...ugh!
