Trade almost working Wells 25" K7191 chassis to fix dead Wells 27" U2000 chassis

I would like to trade an almost working Wells Gardner 25" K7191 chassis to fix my dead Wells 27" U2000 chassis.

My Wells 25" K7191 was dead and Mod serviced it and got it going. It has a brand new flyback, cap kit and new pots on the remote board. It currently has a horizontal white line displaying. Way too much money put into it so I gave up and just bought a replacement. I was told it could be the vertical IC that needs to be replaced.

The Wells 27" U2000 that I need repaired is dead. I did a cap kit on it already.

Tried replacing R765, R760, Q703, Q708, 8 pin IC - KA3842B (NTE7096).

Still dead.

When plugged in, I can here a faint hum, more of a hiss.
Someone mentioned before transformer T701.
Could it be the flyback?

I hadn't planned on charging him any labor for fixing it - again - (except for maybe parts costs), but since I didn't rebuild this monitor, a vertical failure would have nothing to do with the work I did. Flyback and cap kit was done by the owner. I was just to supposed to figure out why it was dead (which I did) - even though it took a lot longer than I expected. It's most likely a failed vert IC, which I recommended he check. Not sure if he has. Sometimes a trace will break between the cap nearby and pin 7 of the vert IC, causing vert IC failure (rather spectacularly, too). Everything was fine when it left here and was working for him before it failed.

But as I already told him, he can send it back and I'll fix it again, and he'll probably send me this U2000 to fix also...
