Trackball question

I have a couple of trackballs that the rods are good, but the bearings are a bit dirty. WHat do you guys recommend to clean/lube them (before I go an buy new ones).
 
The bearings should have a number on the side - I'd bet if you Google it you'd prob find a supplier of them in generic form. I'm also wondering if they're simliar if not the same ones used on rollerblades, which I found out are available in packs at sporting goods stores.
 
I soak mine in WD40 and then put some 3-in-1 oil in em.
