The red track ball on my street football barely moves the player. I have a extra CP I am going to swap parts to get it working. What fails the most the Optic Board, The Rollers, or The Trac Ball it's self?

You want to narrow down the problem. Try swapping a known good trackball for the bad one to figure out whether the problem is the trackball or wiring/PCB.

If its doing it on both axis it could be a voltage issue. If its only doing it on one axis you can swap the pcbs around to check it.
....Is this just a mechanical issue? The shafts get a groove worn in them where the ball rolls. The bearings, shafts and ball should be changed at the same time if at all possible. Got a picture of the trackball so we can see what type you have?

B/M - Sente used a special board attached to the bottom of the trackball assembly.
It could be that board or check for cracked joints around the connector areas

Thanks I will see if I can swap the connectors from the blue to the red and see what happens.
