This screw is in a spot where it really should be tamper resistant something-or-other, and it'd be nice to get a TR-T27 to match the factory screws. Is there an easy place to get these in small quantities?

You didn't mention the screw size (diameter) you need, nor the thread pitch, nor the length, nor the head type, nor the finish. With out this information, it's difficult to fully identify a part or source.

It appears that the T27 drive is commonly used on 1/4"-20 button head and flat head machine screws. McMaster-Carr has various lengths of these (as well as several other tamper-resistant drives). They don't really do "small quantities," but a box of 25 or 50 will often only cost you as much as perhaps half-a-dozen screws from videogameparts.com (no offense to the owner of that website).
