Touchmaster infinity software

I'm glad it works.Thats another reason i didn't charge you as all these old drives around here are only so so.If you buy a 20gb I'll set it up for you if you want.I wasn't happy with the one i used in mine either so i just bought a lot of 10 hard drives off ebay today so i have some better ones (hopefully) laying around.
Wow,,that would be cool to be able to do what you are thinking..I wouldn't know where to begin to try that. But one option i could think of is to set up a second hard drive on the second IDE channel and maybe add a toggle switch to only apply power to the drive you want to use. With power to the primary drive you would have touchmaster and then i would imagine you would have to shut it down , flip the switch to kill the first drive and it would boot from the second drive..I have no idea how you would set it up as a juke though.
Don
I wonder if you used a nice touch juke front end, ran it on Windows OS and then had all your songs/videos saved to folders on the HD as well, if it would work the way you describe. The touchscreen interface is separate from the HD, yeah? So it would still work as a touch screen even with a different HD or are the systems interdependent??

good to see the image has helped.

Yes, thanks a million my man. You presenting this information came at the right time. I was literally days from throwing this machine in the dumpster. Guys like you and Don are the reason I keep coming here.

OK, over the weekend I did the endurance test on this machine and it failed miserably. I had 4-5 freezes, each occurring after about an hour or less of turning the machine on. The HD is getting louder and louder so I still think this is merely a HD issue. I need to buy a new 20 G HD and have that reformatted with the Touchmaster Infinity software. Any recommendations for the best 20 G HD for the money?

The touchscreen will work with anything as long as you have the drivers for the particular OS your are running. (serial drivers for those units obviously)

The "touchscreen" is nothing more than another input device like a serial mouse would be.
Works as long as you have the right drivers.
