Sorry for the SPAM, but I'm hoping this will find this of some interest.
Today I"m announcing my patreon page.

https://www.patreon.com/arcades

Long story short patreon is a site that lets you create videos and other content and have people who are interested subscribe and support the creation of new content.

As some of you know I love helping people LEARN for themselves how these arcade games work and how to fix them. Like many other helpful people on klov, I've spent a TON of time trying to help people fix games, but more importantly take time to explain how stuff works and make resources so people can understand and learn to do this themselves. I often want to spend time making more videos, but unfortunately it's very expensive in that it takes a TON of time as well as some resources (software, hardware, hosting etc, but mostly a TON of TIME that I cannot get paid to do other "real work" or fixing other peoples games) So it's very hard to justify sitting down and making new resources, regardless of how much I want to. Anyway I'm hoping patreon can help offset the "opportunity cost". Anyway enough words, here's a link to my Patreon introduction video. You should watch this. Right now..or not... but totally watch it.

Also big thanks to the kind and generous person who has ALREADY made a pledge!!! you rock!

I really enjoy the work and the products you put out. I subscribed this morning.

Thanks man I figured that was you... I appreciate it truly. I added a little restricted content today as well as set some of my adapter gerber files to be periodically released to those of your level and higher. (Including my bipolar prom adapters!)

They should be ready to go for fabrication at osh park and cheaper than I sell them for to have them make them!

Thanks Brian, I'll check it out later when time allows. As a new entrant into the collecting/repairing realm (who kicks himself daily for not diving in many years ago) I am consistently blown away by the scope of and depth of knowledge that this community has, and shares. There are some amazingly generous geniuses here and it is deeply appreciated. Thank again and hoping you get some contributions to support your contributions!
