So I have a Sammy Atomiswave (AWSD) that has no chassis and haven't had any luck locating a compatible chassis for it. I do have a spare Toshiba PB66431 with the yoke though, and was wondering if I can transplant the yoke and chassis onto the Samsung tube? Ill be using it exclusively in 15khz so Id prefer to NOT go the route of getting another Weiya, but Im open to any options to get this guy running again! Thanks so much!

what ohm readings are on the yoke.

if your exclusively running STD res then there are several other monitor types out there you can use.

you have a 27" monitor in there.

if your local to me i have monitors that you can run in that cab.

On the Yoke that came with the Toshiba chassis its .07 and 5.3 ohms, I don't have an LCR/mH meter on hand right now.

.07 is a bit low, that's the equivalent of dead short.
i have not seen a yoke like that before, they normally hover around 1.0 - .7ish

did you mean .7ohm

that's more like it.

i would say a 27" U2000 or 7400 would work just fine.

let me know if you need a chassis.
