toshiba 50" projection monitor for sega games... dead

hey guys picked up that trilogy and that sea hunter. Luckily enough after extensive cleaning the sea hunter has a nice working sharp monitor, so im using that for the time bieng. However id like to fix the trilogy monitor. Besides, it has sweet sideart on it!

the trilogy monitor is a toshiba p5035gc or p503sgc couldnt find anything about it online manual wise..

i have 120vac into the power board, rectifier ont he power board works, i tested all fuses and none are blown. I have no neck glow, no signs of life here. I also found the b+ test point and i have no b+

I assume its shutting down but i have no idea why... anybody else ever manage to fix these?

i do not see the three large convergence ics that everybody is talking about. I dont think this particular monitor used them...
