Took some photos of "Johnny Guitars Rock and Rollin' Arcade (working title)" tonight

Was feeling good about the vibe in the arcade tonight so I decided to snap a crap ton of photos. I have been moving stuff around and trying to make most of the space. Also trying to infuse a little bit of Rock and Roll into the arcade by hanging my guitars on the walls. Cool? Still need to get a few more games down here. * SMILEY FACE *

Amazing game room! Those hanging guitars seem to add a really nice touch. Quite the Nintendo collection as well!

Why did you have the sign made with an ESP guitar (or is that an Ibanez?) on it when you have two Gretsches, a Fender Stat, a Fender Tele, a Fender bass, and a Gibson SG? Are there more not pictured? And get yourself a Jazzmaster.

With so many guitars, I demand you post a wicked shredding video on par with Paul Gilbert, the greatest guitarist of all time.

My wife got me the sign for Christmas. I think it's a pre-made sign that the seller's customize with whatever name. I still like it. :)

Jazzmaster? Ha. I had one. Or did I have a Jaguar? I forget. Was a long time ago. Either way, they both blow. Horrible bridge design. I don't shred, I'm more of a bluesy player. :)

I do not like the placement of The Rat Pack. Other than that, your gameroom is amazing. One of the finest Nintendo rows out there. Uber jealous I am.

If the pickups look like below, it was a Jazzmaster. Otherwise, it was probably a Jaguar.

This is my J Mascis signature model Jazzmaster.

Yeah, it didn't have the P-90 type pick-ups. I am sure it was a Jaguar. I had it about 12 years ago or longer.

But, yeah, that Jazzmaster looks sweet. How's the bridge and feedback on that thing? The Jaguar was a pain in the ass guitar.

Nice! I started making a Fender Electric XII using that color scheme but never got around to finishing it :(

DUDE
Is that a Telecaster next to a dart machine?!?!?!
I guess it might be ok in YOUR ARCADE but...
My friends are really good at darts, but after a few tasty adult beverages shit starts to happen (if you know what I mean) and that thing would be in SERIOUS DANGER next to my dartboard...
I suggest a place far far away from the dangers of a misplaced trip 20 FOR SURE

Ha! I thought of that when I hung it. :)

They are plastic darts... :)

I have a Jazzmaster reissue purchased some time ago and love it. My 3 favorite guitarists of all-time have used them at one time or another, Stephen Malkmus, J.Mascis and Tom Verlaine.

that is a beautiful gameroom. BTW, I'd much rather have a Jag than a Jazzmaster...I hate those fat soapbar p90's...both guitars need some seymour duncan humbuckers in order to rock.

My Tele has a SD mini humbucker in the neck position. It's a vintage hot rod '52 reissue.

No?? It was the best place I could find to hang it. That's the problem with lining the walls with games, it leaves no wall to hang stuff.

Dude, the best game is out of order? Bastard!

I love what you are doing, John. The only other thing that would really make it shine is to paint the walls. I count tell from some of the pics, but are they bare, primed, painted white? We need to get those walls squared away.
