so.i just picked up a toobin. when I first powered it on, I had a bad ram error, so I replaced them. now I can see the attract screen , but I am missing blue and I cannot coin it up. I am using a converter and lcd and I know it is not the monitor.

what I have done so far
cleaned the header pins on the pcb and looked for cold solder joints

reseated all socketed chips

changed the bad rams.

is the issue coming from the pcb or the audio board where the service switch is located? I am also unable to enter the test menu. any help would be appreciated.
