I pulled the chassis out to change the fuse and holder. After replacing and hooking back up, there is way too much red in the picture. I can adjust the red pot down but not enough. All three pot adjustments work on the neckboard. I have tried this with a different PCB so I know its monitor related. I have also pulled the three resistors out and swapped them around to see if one of them might be bad, but it stayed with the red tint with different resistors in each. This was freshly capped as well not long ago and working great. Anything else I could try?

Get your hands on a rejuvenator and test the tube.

What resistors are you referring to? Have you tried swapping the transistors on the neckboard? What about the associated transistors on the main board?

OK, it's the transistors on the neckboard I was talking about. Which are the associated ones on the main you are referring to? I will have a look and check them in the morning.

I pulled the chassis out again to check these. Then I noticed the other two RG adjustment pots on the other side of the neckboard, which I could not see when sitting in the cab. The red on it was turned right up, how, I don't know. I turned it back down to around normal and put the chassis back in and turned on. No neck glow. I turned back off and let it sit overnight and went to check the B+ this morning. Well, it turned back on with a pretty decent picture. I wanted to check the B+ anyway. It's sitting at 138VDC. I tried to adjust it down, put the adjustment pot for it made no difference at all. It seems to move a little too free or loose. This is the adjustment pot right behind the V.Hold on the chassis?

One more question, I don't really have a test bench for monitors, is there an easier way other than hooking and unhooking from the frame to test this and check that?
