Hahaha... I was thinking the same thing. You beat me to the post. :) Steven Wright ruled.
 
I was recently ata a local collectors place, and he uses DJ Power Strips. They work pretty slick. He has them resting on top of a few games for easy access so he doesn't have to leave huge amounts of space between games to reach power switches in the back.

This is exactly what I do. The strips can be had cheap on ebay. I have them attached to the top of my two MAME cabinets (so as to not have to screw in to a dedicated cab! :) )....

There is a 4 switch and an 8 switch model. I own 2 of each. Let me say right off the bat, stick with the 8-switch model. The 4- switch model is configured different (switch on front plug on TOP not back)...

Good stuff right there...
