It's IAAPA time and with that, new games. This year saw an increase in the amount of coin-op gaming content, which is a good thing. Hopefully it keeps on growing. Here are my videos I took from the event, 26 in all which includes new games from Sega, Raw Thrills, Namco, UNIS, InJoy, Andamiro and many others. Also I got a look at World's Fastest Drummer in it's great new cabinet, Let's Kinect which puts Kinect into a legal coin-op cab, TouchFX which is a great multi-touch game system with a huge screen and more.

All this should serve to show that there is a market that is still there for coin-op. It might have changed from what it used to be but these are all made to sell to someone out there.

So time for the shameless plugs :D

Awesome!

WOW I just now found this via search, although I did read the review on AH earlier in the week. Are you guys planning on doing any more on WFD Arcade Game? It's really wonderful you give such reps to a small indy arcade game as WFD.

Reason I ask is Boo said you guys filmed a ton on him and his mentor Aaron Fechter the inventor of Wack-A-Mole and ShowBiz Pizza. I love Wack-A-Mole.

Aaron is the guy who coined WFD is Wack-A-Mole on steriods! :)
He should know, he invented Wack-A-Mole! hehe:)

Arcade Heroes rawks!!!! :)

Your site? Might I suggest running multiple pages instead of one long one? Put like the last 3-5 days of updates on the first page?

The sheer volume of Youtube embeds that were loading onto the page at once froze Firefox on me for a minute. I counted 28 Youtube vids on the main page alone...

Otherwise...cool!

Thanks for the feedback. It's usually not like that with all of the videos - only around convention time when there is a lot to share but there are multiple pages to it. The blog had been set to show 15 posts at once but I've scaled it back to 12 for now.

@Wfdgame - I would be happy to cover more about WFD as long as I have some new information about it. I liked the new cabinet you guys had on display there and I hope that you are soon able to find a way for some wide distribution of the game.

I personally wasn't able to run into Aaron as I had to leave before he arrived but I think that a couple of the other guys who were representing the site ran into him.

Thanks for providing some great content, I really appreciate it. I was at IAAPA and G2E last year (in Vegas) and it was awesome. Some very cool new games being debuted. Thanks again, it is much appreciated!
