Honest on the product and gave me feedback on shipping issues that were not his fault. Packaged very well and received with no issues. Will definately deal with him again.

Thank you.

I am glad it FINALLY got there.

I wanted to post a story about the shipping hell but time escaped me. I'll post it here:

I wrapped up an AfterBurner Plexi in a 12x12x20 box. I packed it with peanuts and bubble wrap. I head to the post office next to my work to ship the box. The box weighed 4 lbs. I was about to pay the $13 something for the shipping when some evil red text appeared on the screen. The clerk told me to hold for the surcharge. After about 15 seconds, I was told to pay an additional $14 dollar surcharge! I asked what the surcharge was for and she told me my box was too light for its size! I was speechless. I asked what the minimum weight needed to be to avoid the surcharge. I was told the minimum weight is 15 lbs for a box that size. I contemplated going outside and adding rocks to the box, however, I didnt want to damage the plexiglass so I drove to FedEx down the road and sent it off. They got a kick out of my story there.

Thats amazing. We now know why the post office looses so much money. They lost out of 13$, and i wonder how many times a day that happens. Im sure it add up fast.

A postal worker could totally pull a muscle or lose their balance lifting a box that is lighter than they expect it to be. That could result in a slip or a fall!

I am done shipping any large items with the US post office. Their shipping rates are way too high, and they recently lost something I shipped. They would not reimburse for the lost item, and it didn't matter that I insured the item... they claimed it was 'delivered' despite the fact that the buyer never got it. For now my money is going to Fedex. I can weigh my packages on the bathroom scale and have them picked up at work.
