Toei monitor - what the heck is this and does a manual exist for it?

I've tried Google but it's not showing up other than one other guy saying he's looking for a manual as well. The label says it's a Toei model TC-HV202VM. Anyone know anything about these? It's in a game I have and looks really clean and I was thinking of repurposing it for one of my projects....but I need to know what all the different connectors are for and can't figure it out without a manual. Thanks!

I can take a pic if that helps.

And a follow up with some pics since there's been no answers yet. Also, it says 100V on the side so I presume it would need a step-down isolation transformer...correct? The chassis and monitor both appear to be brand new or very close to it. Do they still make these?

I think I could pretty much post anything I want in here and nobody would ever notice for a thousand years. Maybe I'll try that.

Ok maybe my question is overly complex. It says it's a 100V chassis. Does anyone out there have a step-down transformer from an old Nintendo cab or something they want to sell so I can try this thing out?

I'm guessing I will fry it if I plug it in directly to the 120.

Thanks Mod. You are good at finding this stuff. I may end up contacting them. The monitor might be working just fine. It's all wired up except for the power. So if I can find a step-down transformer it may just fire right up.

From what I can find is that its a Toei TC-HV140K1: EDIT - Just saw you already knew the model)

A German monitor repair site has the picture, but I have no idea about where to get info on it:

Here's a place that says they can fix Toei's. Maybe they can provide some info:

Hey guys, I finally got a step-down transformer and would like to plug it in but to be safe I want to ask this. The plug shown here has three connectors, the middle one has 2 wires. I checked continuity between them and the chassis to see if maybe they were connected to ground but they are not.

Anyway, my inclination is to hook the stepped down 100 volts to the black and white wires and to just be sure the chassis is connected to the game ground strap. But I don't know for sure if this is correct and I'd rather not blow the thing up. What do you think? Should I just go for it? Here's the pic of the connector and where it goes to the monitor PCB.

Well, I plugged in the black and white wires to the output of the stepdown transformer which I verified was working first. And the monitor just sits there like a lump. Not HV static noise. No neck glow. Nothing. Can't even tell it's been powered up at all. Can still hear the game sounds playing but nothing happens with the tube.

There's only one fuse on the board which checks fine. Someone asked for a pic of the underside of the board and if I have time I'll pull the chassis out and remove the board for that. Otherwise, I'm officially fully stumped.

Sigh.
