"Are you now or have you ever been a member of the Communist Party of the United States?"

Todd has done more for this hobby than most on here. He has been active on RGVAC and RGP for a LONG time. May have been before KLOV, but he has given away dozens upon dozens of cabinets, games, projects, etc... He tends to sell power supplies, parts, etc..at a deep discount to help people out in this hobby. To suggest a ban on someone like that is retarded.

Oh well , I guess no one else cares about preserving games , thats fine . I thought this forum was about that , guess not .

what? really? why because hes a "evil" businessman?

Believe it or not there was a time long before collecting these games when business people owned these wood boxes to make lots and lots of money. WIthout those people originally buying these games, today we would have nothing to collect.

Keeping with this logic, if some games didnt get parted, YOU wouldnt have parts to fix YOUR GAME.

I love collecting and preserving these games, but just like collecting cars, motorcycles guns etc whatever it is, some must die in order to save others and thats just how it is.

If he didn't care about preserving games, you wouldn't think he would have been in the business for as long as he has. It's not like operating games is a big money maker these days.

In your signature, you have "Have fun with it" written.

To be honest, the only fun you're going to get out of a broken Omega Race is if you DO throw it off the roof.

C'mon now, Todd is good people. I don't know about the pins, but the vids looked trashed anyway. The Omega Race was empty, and the Tempest looked like it had the tube but it was probably unserviceable. You can get Tempest boards off eBay for less than $100 bucks too. As for caring about the hobby, Todd does come here from time-to-time and gives some good deals on parts and such. I think it's time we cut him a break.

If you want to push your termite-infested cabs off a two-story building, I say go for it. As a matter of fact I have a Joust you can start with!

guess I've been hanging out on the wrong forums .

adios amigos !!!!

Look at it this way, todd saved you money. If you would have bought the various parts that could have been salvaged or took the free cabinet you would have sunk a lot getting it back into good shape. its a win win
