Todays Warehouse Raid

Were the 2 pinball machines still left? What sort of prices was he talking? I had emailed him and he said $400-600 a machine but I imagine he wouldn't sell many at that price.

The pinballs where advertised in the add, but when we got there he said the immediate family took the pinballs and the Galaga. I paid no where near $400~$600 a piece. As my opening paragraph said, just a couple of beans for both games. Mongo (Pat) got a really nice Demolition Derby.

Good point. That might be worth a look for sure. Especially if they're cheap. I'd like to pick up that Guerrilla War and Ghostbusters.

Did anyone end up going to this? I decided not to since I really don't have the cash to be blowing on this at the moment. Plus room is tight already so I don't really need to be adding anything.

Went there on the 16th when it was raining and picked up 4 games for IPC. Have finally got to working on them pretty much all day today They have cleaned up pretty good. I got the Xybots that was in the pictures, a Stun Runner, Karate Champ and Street Fighter C.E. They all work pretty good (except for the normal rubber deterioration on the Xybots controllers and Stun Runner controller stops-Pinball parts come in handy! So expect the new games out on the floor the next couple weeks!
Basically, all I really need is some ABS or plexi to make some custom mounts (NOT going to hack up the doors) to mount our card readers. Hit one car stereo shop and they wouldn't sell their ABS-It's for their custom installs (I wouldn't let them touch my car-fixed a lot of their work). I would like to replace the CP on SF2CE and Karate Champ. So if anybody has them, drop me a line!

It is so cool that these opps still exist out there. It makes you wonder how many others are still stored out there in the darkness...

Thanks for sharing!
