I found a gentleman on CL that had a bunch of games for sale. So today, we made a deal. I left with a Pac Man Plus, Taito cabinet converted into a Neo Geo 1-slot (Cyber Lip tag, but had Metal Slug inside), and a TMNT converted into a Golden Tee Classic. Now I know the hauling limits of my little Mazda....what a champ! Luckily, the games were located 5 mins from my house. Unfortunately, the Neo Geo didnt survive the 5-minute journey and now displays "Z80 ERROR". :( I tried fiddling with all the connections, but I need help. I cant figure out whats wrong. The Z80 is soldered, so its not swappable immediately.

He also had a plush crane, a "Sports Arena" redemption, a juke, and a Police Trainer, but I had to pass.

The first pics are the games in the truck with my friend Ian doing all the work while I take pics on my iPhone...haha.

Yep, that's a Double Dragon cab. I used to own two of those. They make a great generic JAMMA cab, and they're designed so that the monitor can be moved between horizontal and vertical.

Nice haul! Are you planning to restore the Golden Tee back to a TMNT?

I would love to, but I have too many projects. I plan on cleaning it up, capping it, removing the lockbars, and most likely putting new black vinyl on the sides/CP and leaving it as a really nice GT conversion.

Noe Geo problem

Did you remove the Neo cartridges before you moved it? Sometimes the connectors break from the vibration. Try reseating them with the power off.

That pac looks nice. How is the artwork on the left side where the players hand usually goes?

Its real nice. Ill shoot pics when I get home today. It has a little wear on the yellow, but the stenciled art hasnt been flawed.

Since these pics have been taken, I have turned that Pac Man Plus back into a regular Pac Man.
