Jumped at the chance to snag an APB a few hours south from me.

Decent shape. Some cab damage down by the pedal and scuffy side art.

Pretty happy with it for $200 though.

Letting it warm up before I power it on. The listing showed it working but he had it sitting in an unheated storage unit when I got down there, so with 24 deg temps I had no chance to turn it on. Hoping it all powers up well, and at the price I'm not too concerned!

I bought one from user edowen years ago. Good game but sold it for pin money. Had an almost mint seat on it. I do miss it a bit.....

nice pick-up!

i was just at Ground Kontrol in Portland today and the new location has an old APB cabinet modified and turned around backwards to make a "desk" for the ID checker when they go 21+ after 5 pm. sad, but it looked pretty cool and since these don't usually sell for squat probably a good use of an already converted cabinet.

Awesome pick up!

APB and NARC are the medium res games I want to get and play for a bit at some point :D

Nice deal !

I modified the one at Yestercades with LEDs. I got tired of
replacing Triacs and bulbs.

Love the game. It's so damn hard. I remember playing it in the back room of a deli. Deli still there but games are gone.

I played a crap ton of APB when our local arcade first got theirs.

I got mine for two bills as well from a Super Auctions ad on RGVAC around '95. Nice example, did have the infamous APB burn (like most do). I didn't get a seat till years later - another RGVAC post.

I love the game for its replay-ability factor which is a rare thing from games around this time period.

My only real complaint is a lack of an ending. (I know it goes against my statement above.)

Spoiler Alert: Once you hit Billy Bob Jack (believe he's the 15th offender) the game just wraps around w/ levels jumbled up this time. But if you got to the audit's screen... you will see five new offenders - including the chief! I mentioned this on Jeff's site before.

So I'm not sure if the games was rushed into production or what happened. Its unfortunate... the last five perps are forever left into the cutting room floor.
