The sides look immaculate in comparison to the rest of it.

This made my skin crawl just reading it, I can't imagine being there

#11,470 Asteroids has been put to rest but it did have a donor card in its wallet and its organs will bring other games to life....so it did not die in vain.

Man..... and y'all thought my Pole Position was in bad shape...... ;)

Kidding.

I think it was a good score. I have little doubt that it can be made functional, even if the cab itself is too far gone.

If the monitor shroud is okay, what would you want for it? I could use both it and the bezel, but I don't know if I can swing both.

The shroud was too far gone to save...id sell u the bezel..i do have another shroud in my lunar lander id sell u too...i need to determine some pricing.

So sad to see.

Okay. Just let me know what you want for them, and I'll know if I can swing them or not. If not, I won't be upset. I'm really hoping my disability hearing goes well, as it's only 2 weeks away at this point.

That thing needs a Viking Funeral. Good on you to rescue the parts. 100$ is too much for me...

What is a Viking Funeral, you ask?

1. n. The practice of sending your non-functional electronics to the afterlife.

Honorable dead electronics can go to Valhalla if sent properly. In order to send your honorable dead to Valhalla, you must:

1.) place dead electronics in a boat
2.) set the boat on fire
3.) let it drift out on a body of water.

The higher the esteem for your dead device, the more peripherals and accessories you include in the boat so that it may have the same status, functionality, esteem and quality of life in the afterlife. Besides, manufacturers usually don't make the same connectors on different devices.

I can't believe you parted this game out.

All it needed was a couple of Magic Erasers and a new overlay...

I'm generally against parting games, but I absolutely agree that was the right call.

As others have said, $100 was a good deal for everything you got.

You want to keep that power brick for your Lunar Lander, if you don't have one already. It's the match for the G05-801 monitor.

I saw this for sale near me. I liked the description of the sale:

"$950 - This is not restored. As is."

I know it hahah...she was a nice lady...had no idea about arcades. I.already have the harness and ar board sold (sale pending).

A few people showing interest in the main board.

My Lunar Lander restore has one...its an asteroids in a LL cab so im.good to go.

I was hoping i could use the brick for my xevious restore but im finding out its not a direct replacement. Not verified as of yet but the concencus is that it wont work.
