Really? I been in touch with Rich about this project and from the last time I emailed him he said that his Journey was down and had other projects to finish, I mentioned to him to let me know when the Journey cassette and amp board kit was ready to sell to this day haven't heard anything from him? Hello Rich? Any updates to confirm this?

Whoops! Let me clarify this before Rich gets mad and takes it out on.... er... someone.

I designed the replacement boards for Rich. The two I have are the original proof of concept and the first prototype. The next round of prototype boards are on the way and assembly should be completed in the next two weeks. This latest version includes additional features, enhanced power filtering and an upgraded amplifier in the design for your stereophonic Journey gaming pleasure.

The final board set should be available after the first of the year (that does NOT mean January 1st!!!!) and only after successful field testing has been concluded. What we (I) really need is an estimate on how many boards to produce. The plan is for a VERY LIMITED run of 10-20 production units after the field test boards. So I can not stress enough that if you really want/need one to get on Richard's list ASAP or Santa will be bringing you a lump of coal. :)

Im making a list and checkin it twice for those interested
as this will be a limited run.
Xray has been making some great progress on these
and hope we can post a test video soon.

Im troubleshooting my boardset which like the band is currently dead.
But hope to have my game up and running to finish the testing soon.
some great new features and sound with this SS replacement.

this will replace both the casstette and interface
and might even be a replacement for other MCR amps Tron, DOT, Tapper, etc.

Nice! I was all set to go for the Gorf. The seller dropped the price quite a bit if I recall. The taunting attract mode is just too cool.
