When I buy project game and you start looking for parts. You find a donor machine to grab some parts out of it to fix what you have.

the donor I found was a neck and neck horse racing game today. I just bought it becuase it has a 25" crt in it. Now this game is not very popular and I assume it has little or no following for it. While yes it's a 4 player game. It's just one button per person laughs.
good for those who have cordination problems LOL

I kind of hate to take it apart.
Since all the parts are there.

Has anyone else taken parts out of a donor game and have regrets in doing so?

Is the one you have a dedicated unit, or something like a Konami 4 player cab that was converted? I thought the dedicated units were six player games.

Anyway, redemption machines do not get the respect classic vids get, at least not yet. I doubt the machine has much value, but if you do decide to part it I may be interested in a "kit" that I can build my own with some day. Especially if it is Jamma...

Your right is a 6 player game.
Just had to go and check the CP.

I don't think it's a jamma system. Strange little daughter board is bolted next to it makes me think it's not. The side art is scuffed up but it is intact.

maybe in another 10 or 20 years all those chuckie cheese and nickle nickle kids will have grown up and might want these things Laughs.

I found a beautiful Asteroids cabinet so yes i did. When the cabinet found out i was coming for it, it magically emptied itself out for me.

Mister smelly... Suddenly I got a urge just to laugh :D

Yes, I know Chris It's not nice to rip out parts to fix another and yes I am having guilty feelings in doing so that is the reason for this post.

But

I really don't want another project. My project list keep on growing here LOL
And I am not talking about the ones that are coming though the mail rolls eyes.

maybe it too good to part out.
its got nice side art.
