As previously stated if it were that easy everybody would be doing it
and If you just want it fast then Im NOT the place for you.
I think the point people are trying to make is that THAT'S FINE... but you need to make it extremely obvious on the website if it isn't already.
If it's not obvious to people on KLOV, I'd hate to think how not-obvious it is to laymen who aren't on this site and have never heard of your business. I think some kind of notice on the site and proper e-mail communication is pretty much of all people are after. Sure, it would be nice for it to move quicker, but I'm sure that's not the only solution and luckily people are actually willing to deal with that (very reasonable of them, people usually are all about fast shipping)... people just want better communication all around, it seems. From before they place their order, to during the process, so on and so forth.
I think people are offended more by the lack of being forewarned of the time it takes to receive your products, than they are about the wait time itself.
