Timber issue. Need help

Have arcade shop switching power supply in my timber. Battery does not seem to stay charged long maybe a week if game is off and then it will reset any credits I have in and erase scores. Also player one start button will not work. I have replaced cap on board for button and it will work for a month or two and then stop
Working any thoughts? Should I maybe put in a original bally power supply? Could something be shorting things out. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a rebuilt one. But it would be better if you had a known working unit and swapped it in.
