Timber Cabinet Help Harness issue

So i Found a timber cabinet game converted to snow bros jamma, looks like original harness but hacked.

I got an original Timber PCB working I attained so can someone tell me is it best i use new molex connectors and reconnect to a mcr power supply or keep jamma supply and jamma edge connector and is there an adapter I can connect my Timber PCB to Jamma adapter online anywhere? I don't see any adapters on arcadeshop
