So I was at Circle Center Mall yesterday and I always decide to go to the Arcade. I don't make it to this mall much, so when I do, I make sure to check out the Arcade since it's the only one left in this area.

Much to my surprise as I walked in, I noticed for sale signs on every game. Indy 500 4 car setups with screens, Nascar 2 car setups, Inital D's, Mario Karts. House of the dead style shooters, LARGE fighting game cabinets, newer fighting games running off PS3 or 360s, but in sit down cabinets, Top Skaters, Skee Ball, Basketball, Redemption games. All sorts of stuff.

The prices seemed to range from $10 Grand all the way down to $350 for a super Large SNK Chaos machine.

If anyone is interested you should check it out, or at least give them a call. If I had the transport and the room in my house, a few of those fighters would have came home with me yesterday.

The address and number are as follows.

Circle Center Mall

ADDRESS:
49 West Maryland Street

How can a place called "Tilt" not have a single pinball machine?

I was seriously disappointed.

Every Tilt I know of does this every year about this time. They do it for inventory. If they can sell off some of the older stuff they can afford to buy new stuff.

Unfortunately the prices are usually higher than I am willing to commit for the stuff they have.

How much were they asking for the Mario Karts? That's one game I've still never seen for sale... though the game was really disappointing (gameplay wise), considering the high standard they set with the console games.

I had a tilt by my house and once a year they put for sale stickers on every game . They were insane retail prices so there was no way I was gonna buy anything .

Every year here in Waterloo Iowa our TILT makes the prices ridiculously cheap during the month of November and December. All the games that were 350 to 500 during the year get slashed down to 100 to 150 each... its the best time of the year to get super good deals on arcades at TILT.

I can't recall off the top of my head. I might go back this weekend and attempt a video to show you all what they have. I would venture to say that its around $2000 + since it is a dual cart racer.

The tilt nearest me has all pretty high prices this time. The one that caught my was a House of the Dead 2 for $195. But I couldn't bring myself to buy it and give it a mame shooter transplant.

I used to work at a tilt in 1995 or 96, they did this around christmas time.

I know this is an older thread, but i called the closest tilt around me (hour away or so) and the games were pretty much what everyday normal people would post up for on Craigslist. The closest thing to a deal was a set of Sega GT twin cabs for 500 bucks..and thats still more than I'm willing to pay. I was hoping, since its December, I would see dirt cheap prices for some cool stuff. Lots of stuff was over a grand, some of it two grand.

Saw a post of a Sega Top Skater on Facebook at a tilt in Pittsburgh for 95 bucks. Thats the kind of deal I was looking for! Top Skater to boot! That's a game I've been wanting ever since it came out!

Without going to google where is the tilt in Michigan at? I know about the arcade in Ann arbor. But I'm trying to get a idea where the arcades in southern Michigan are at.

We have a couple $95 cabs at ours right now.. Top Skater I think is one of them.. as well as some large Time Crisis cabs... all for $95 each... other than that the deals this year suck because they never replaced any from last year when I bought almost 10 cabs from them.. my friend and I cleaned that place out.. lol

Son of a bitch. For real???? Your just over 8 hours away from me. I've been wanting a Top Skater forever, but every time they go for sale in my area, they're like 500 bucks for one. Only if that game was closer. I'm super pissed right now. LOL. <--I'm not actually LOL'ing..I'm actually glaring at the computer typing really hard on the keys....So, RidicRick, you plan on visiting the Detroit area any time soon? Hahaha!
