Threw an arcade/video game party this weekend

second time I've done this and it went pretty well. had around 14 people out friday and around 12 out saturday. the arcade games got a good amount of play. we ran 10 screen timeshift, gears of war 2, 8 screen condemned 2, and 4 player cod black ops zombie mode on the xboxes. Had a little mini nba jam 2 on 2 tournament on the 4p MAME cab and played some 4 player new super mario bros on the wii. I didn't get a shot of it buy my music setup probably got as much play as everything else, which I didn't expect but was cool.

Nice party and setup. In the first picture.. what is the game clean in the back??

that's ikari warriors. that was the only machine I had trouble with. the day before the party I was getting rom errors and the board would not start. I was not sure how the cabinet was wired, so I pulled that out and wired it up jamma standard and put a gurilla war board in the machine. the board is working but on that one the text is weird, almost looks like a different language. I'm seriously considering mameing it into a multi rotary. that way I could play all 20+ rotary games on it and not have to worry about board errors I keep to seem having with rotary boards.
