I'm looking for some feedback on Arena. I've read the 14 or so ratings on ipdb.org and I've watched youtube videos. My initial thoughts are that the translite suck a$$ and the skill shot is cool, which seems to make or break the game for people. I've been looking for an 80's pin for awhile now, and the theme of this one interests me.

The one available local has little to no playfield wear, all rubbers replaced, playfield waxed and bulbs changed. There were no ground mods done. He's looking for $800 delivered to my door. This pin is available from a member here that is local. I've bought games from him in the past, so I know he can be trusted and will stand behind the game.

So, is $800 too steep??!?

I paid $500 for mine, working perfectly and in really good shape save for a couple small wear spots on the PF...no broken plastics or anything else for that matter. Still needs shopped, but I bought a used PF in perfect condition to swap out, so I'm not bothering to put new rubbers etc on the old PF.

$800 is too steep...but it is a fun game and it's (somewhat) hard to get multi-ball going and keep it going.
If it's shopped and clean, I'd say $650...delivered to your door is how far though?

All I know is that the 'Arcade That Time Forgot' had one. That can't be good.

Thanks for the feedback. He's only about 45 minutes away, but delivery to me is huge- it keeps wifey off of my back ;)
