My Bride is finally playable. After buying it half-disassembled with no idea if it even had everything, I have:

Replaced the sound board
Replaced the U15 ROM
Replaced the face motor
Replaced the face motor bracket/spindle
Replaced the face drive wheel
Fashioned a new heartbeat ramp exit switch
Replaced all the rubbers
Replaced 28 lights (I counted :) )
Replaced the skill shot eggcrate
Replaced 8 of the red mini-playfield posts
Replaced the left eye switch
Replaced the top glass molding
Replaced one bumper cap

And I still need to:
Replace the mini-playfield entrance coil
Replace the coil on the left flipper (Its rubbing)
Replace the heartbeat ramp
Fix a cold solder joint causing the displays to lose power once in a while
Replace the glass (someone etched their initials into it)
Replace a couple small plastics

Eventually Ill replace the playfield when repros are made. Also whenever Dutch Pinball finishes their Dot Matrix mod, Ill be diving into that as well. But for now, it feels nice taking a pile of seemingly random parts and fashioning them back into something beautiful.

Congrats and looking good. I love my BOP. I have had it for 11 years and it will never go away. I had a weak right flipper, it was the EOS switch, and got it set to a proper angle. Thing plays so darn well now.
