This is Interesting...

Anyone in the states who ends with "warm regards" is an instant red flag in my book.

Considering B_Koenig is online right now, simply ask him if he's still trying to sell his Popeye conversion kit from 2014...

:D

It's a scam...

Just as confirmation to this scammer, I received literally the exact same thing, but with the Popeye kit replaced with Rock-Ola Cabinet(Jump Bug). And they couldn't even spell it right. I almost sent money to this guy, but being that I'm not even old enough to use MoneyGram, I ran into a problem and then looked the guy up. Thank you for making this thread, you saved me several hundreds of dollars. What a joke.

Anyone know which thread these pictures are from?

In general, if someone wants you to wire them money and you don't implicitly trust them? It's a scam.

Once it's sent, It's GONE!

Ahh, the Rare and desirable Jump Bud.

Definitely string the person along if you can. Tell them you sent the money etc. Then when they tell you it wasn't there explain it was a mistake and keep trying again :) Waste a bunch of time. Send them $1.

Perhaps call the police in the community where the scammer is hoping to pick up the money and inform them? There's at least one other member who was ripped off here. DO they have to pick it up at a certain location?

Seems these folks are trolling here. Maybe the mods can sticky a warning? Not sure how much that would help, though.

I deleted the email string but I'm sure I'll get another email telling me to get the money sent out. I'll post an update if this keeps going. Anyone else got a Jump Bug? lol
