FS Game: This Is Interesting...

The only reason they are probably in there is because SF 1 is terrible.

So I guess this game is a good collectors item huh? It does look nice but the price is really steep! Or is that about right for this particular cab/game?

That ad is posted 20 times a day all over all craigslist cities. Cab is worth $350 at best.

Hard to believe it cant sell at that rock bottom price !!!

Eh, I would be willing to value it at up to $450 with the added value from the extra boards. But $2000 no way. I don't think a Streetfighter 1 could bring in $2000 if it was still in the original crate.

Lets be honest... the guy could get 600 out of the right buyer... its a fairly rare game and u think the added boards are cool. ... if the games truly mint too, blah blah blah. 2000 is absurd

I don't know much on going prices for certain games but I thought that price was really high too. Some companies who sell such as TNT amusements sells games for a lot as well but my guess I'd they are newer mint games.

Retail places like TNT who shop out their games and such absolutely have to have higher pricing than standard collector to collector rates just to stay in business. Thus they are at the top of the food chain in pricing, and there is no problem with that.

The problem is when when people see the retail prices for a fully shopped game and somehow think their beat down basement special that hasn't been serviced in 20 years is worth the same. That one actually looks really nice, but I see people trying to list crud at similar prices all the time.

Actually, the worst problem is the guys who have a whole warehouse full of games in their ebay store that NEVER EVER SELL listed at 50 to 200 percent above retail. No one is going to buy an unrestored Gorf for $2000 when they could choose from the 15 other ones at half that price or less. I am not ever sure what kind of game they are playing, those games aren't selling, but their mere existence makes it a lot harder to buy dead and unshopped games from home owners who see those listings and think their junk is gold.
