This is Bubbles!

Bubbles ROCKS! Nice machine Jow.

Do me a favor. Between levels, pay attention to the CYAN color of the border. Does that border color change during the "brightness" transition between stages?

I ask only because I don't experience the color change on MAME but do on the JROK board...on 2 monitors (though not the same monitor as what the MAME is on ).

EDIT: I see you have the opto's...nice...REAL nice.

Yeah, Im stoked on the condition. Its got some scuffs, but I think someone mentioned that these stencils are in the works. A newly stenciled Bubbles would be sweet. The CPO is almost perfect.

I love seeing restores and all, but you guys have got to stop stripping and stencilling cabs that have a few minor battle scars. That game looks good enough for my tastes. Just enjoy it, sir. Congrats.

Yeah, I just think those blues would look sweet. I haven't heard anything about the project so I'm not too worried about the stencils.

I think the game gets pretty boring and fast. I think Jow will sell it sooner than later. I am happy it's on the Multi, but it's a little one-dimensional. Jow, trade it for a pinball. :)

Nice cab, though. I wish mine looked that good. Love the CPO.

Yeah, I wish I lived near Jow. I think I would have purchased every game he sold for the cheap prices he was asking.

Damn dude, I wish you lived near by too. I have a hell of a time selling anything.

Right on JOW, I'm glad that you're glad! Always glad to try and help another collector out and get them what they're after when I can... That baby made a long trip to get to your house, I'm very stoked that you're happy with the game! That control panel was VERY nice for being as old as me or you... LOL on the PM for sale, unfortunately most people wouldn't go to the lengths that us as a trio went to get that game out to you, and probably would pay the bling bling to pry it out of your hands! TWO THUMBS UP BABY!!

LOL, maybe we should be shipping games back North with me, alot of those titles I see down there bring good money up here and are practically being thrown at the wolves in CA.

Nice score Jow!

If that is the one that was for sale up on Seattle CL, I will have to say, "ya beat me to it"

I play it on the MW, and I do enjoy that game quite a bit. It's only second to Robotron for me.

Good job guys, and we should really get some sort of west coast video game pipeline going. That Millipede might have already be sold if it had made its way up north :)

I already offer it but not enough people are interested to make a gas/extras pay for itself. I make the offer to the west coast collectors or whatever place in the radius that the games bring me to. When I goto CA I'm going anyways so it helps reduce expenses for my scores, but my guess is that alot of people don't really wanna pay the extra to get something moved around.

I see it in my travels though I've seen entirely different market trends... in WA I wouldn't be surprised if that Millipede pulled $500 if you were patient and found the right buyer. At $300 up here it wouldn't last long but . But then there's alot of older vintage games that people want in CA because they're obsure and a cheap 2-300 game up here could easily fetch double down South.

If you really seriously wanted to do some sort of pipeline, it would have to be a deal like $50 a leg, 3 people (3 legs) involved each covering a state and bringing back to a location. A guy like me in WA who drives to Portland, OR... A guy in OR who meets up in Oregon and drives the games to the CA border, and a guy near Sacramento, CA who goes North and meets the other leg near CA/OR border. We could even do FOUR legs and cover Los Angeles to Sacremento to Oregon to Washington.

@ $50 a leg for a standard upright, it would be $150 to get a game from Seattle to Sacramento... $200 for a game L.A. to Seattle... THATS DAMN GOOD!!! Do the trip every couple months and swap cabinets from each truck it could easily cover the expenses and be a good way to migrate these games to beloved homes!!

Charge more for a 25" game like $60, and charge a single cockpit game @ $80 per leg. It would take 4 dedicated guys that had garage space and trucks, who like to haul... You got one up here in Washington... ANY OREGON, NORTH CAL. AND SOUTH CAL. GUYS WANNA SEE IF WE CAN SETUP A LIGHT RAIL SYSTEM FOR ARCADES ALONG THE WEST COAST?!

Nice Bubbles! Yeah, I gotta give props to FT and avidgeek for the Smash TV that they hooked me up with. I think it was delivered in the same trip as your Bubbles. I think I remember him mentioning dropping that off at 8-bit's house before coming to mine. Definitely a nice addition to the Garcade.

Mr. Clean? Wouldn't Scrubbing Bubbles be more appropriate?
