I am slowly starting to work on all my games now that I have the space and time.

It has been kind of relaxing this week.

My rule is the games do not make it to the arcade area until they are functioning to play a game. I'll worry about color corrections, cosmetics, etc. later.

Well I currently have 24 games running. That leaves 25 to test and/or repair.

I got two games working this week so far: Qbert (2 fuses replaced) and Tron (PCB plugs were disconnected).

Currently working on Robotron. Got the screen to finally come on, but getting a few RAM errors. So I will be checking the power supply on this one.

Have a good day.

Im in the same boat! The last two weeks Ive been spending my free time working on games Ive acquired over the last year or so. I was working on my arcade space so everything was packed away and couldn't be worked on. I got a streetfighter 2 in a conversion working, a MINT red tent working (Literally rolled the counter over to 000001 myself) a Silent scope and now a sanyo 20ez is on the bench form a widebody. Cap jobs are like meditating.

I took this hobby on last year after some old man hit my car's front end destroying my body kit that you cant buy in usa no more just to relieve anxiety/stress/panic, more anxiety attacks from accident and this hobby helped out alot

At times like that it's good to have experience working with Bondo. :)

If the toilet doesn't flush, don't bother putting gas in the lawnmower.

Williams pops ram chips like pringles. The LED will tell you row/column
and those chips are pretty cheap. Keep some on hand, always.
Doesn't ever hurt to check your 5v of course, certainly don't skip that.
