I have tried hard to correct a monitor issue, and finding little help in the way of a solution brings me to believe I have gotten into something that's way over my head. If the price is right, I may just let it all go.
I don't even turn it on anymore. Embarrasing, Frustrated looking at it, and simply disgusted.

I'm just gauging interest, because I'm getting pretty sick of it all.

Its a nice cab that I believe was a Vs.Duck Hunt originally before conversion.
It has a functioning black light gun, with a heavy slink coil cable attatching it.
Working CP, games play flawlessly. If you can deal with the green game select screen.
The monitor has slight red bleeding near the top of the screen witch doesn't affect gameplay.
Coindoor works, but someone had snapped off the metal strip that the quarter passes over to add time. But installed is the new bios chip so its set for freeplay anyway.
The panel that holds the speaker looks to have been replaced at one point hastely by a on site op.
I have a extra PCB motherboard, and have 11 games.

Super Mario 1
Super Mario 3
Trojan
Golf
Metroid
Castlevania
Baseball
1942
Goonies
Duck Hunt
Wild Gunman

I don't want to part this out because if I decide to sell, I don't want any traces of another failure.

I'm in Pittsburgh, Pa, and would not like to ship.

Thanks for looking,

Did you ask around for someone who works on Sanyo chassis? I'm sure you could send the chassis out for repair- no harm in that, I do it all the time.

I'm in the process of testing it out on a pc monitor.
To see if the chassis is the issue.
If so, then all answers are resolved. But what I don't understand is how game select is affected, and gameplay is not. They both run off the same chassis, and its not the board.

Not sure what you have tried but did you try adjusting the gains (red) on the neckboard or the one one the cpu directly?

My problem lies between the menu select screen and gameplay screen on a single monitor. The menu screen distorts, while the gameplay screen is perfect.

Thanks for the ideas and help though guys,,,
