KTN-2001 in centipede screen rolling issues. HALP!

I have a Centipede cab I recently replaced the monitor in with an Imperial/Kortek KTN-2001 last year. It lasted a good few months before something went haywire and now it does a horizontal roll hard enough to give anyone seizures. I might've posted on this a while back but I've gotten too busy to do anything about it. So I'm thinking I need to recap it and was wondering if anyone knew where I could purchase a cap kit.

Video of it is here:

[update]
I've recapped the monitor, AR2 and the power brick to no avail. This thing is a KTN-2001 and I just was reading that these had problems out of box but didn't see if there was a fault/repair for it. Any suggestions?

monitor

I thought i seen about everything that goes wrong with monitors or logics until that.
First i think its the logic board and not the monitor. First disconnect the video from the monitor. If it is still there then it is the monitor if not then i would check the outputs of the logic board.

I have an extra cent PCB and I've swapped it to test if its the monitor. It's not the board. I think the AR board went bad like Ken said.

I've seen Centipede games do similar things when the Audio-Regulator board goes bad.

That would make sense. Any direction as to how I can diagnose/repair the AR board?
I have two. One from a pcb/ar pair I bought on ebay that worked a bit and one from a tempest mini.
Not sure if either are up to shape.

On second thought
I think I'm just going to order two AR repair kits and a new AC rebuild kit from Bob Roberts and recap them.
Any ideas about a cap kit for the monitor?

Ok so I've recapped the monitor, AR2 board and rebuilt the power supply only to come back to the same problem. Any ideas on this? I'm at a loss as this monitor probably has maybe 10 hours clocked on it and it's unplayable.
