Cool man.. I'm acually getting a chicago coin speed king tommorow which is pretty much.the same thing. That one looks in great condition. When you get it, take it apart and clean everything.

Yeah...I remember playing that game when I was a kid...at the Penny Arcade at Kennywood Park, in Pittsburgh, back in the 70's.

It looks like it's in good condition....it's working...the price seems reasonable.

Go get that thing!

:D

I have one. It's a hoot. Force feedback on the steering wheel always takes folks by surprise. That looks to be in great shape. Just proper cleaning first. Any questions or pics, factory schematic needed etc... just ask. So happy that I can help for once :).

I'll try and attach some pics. EM's look scary as hell but they aren't. The great group here should get you through any issues. Parts very hard to find. Make sure the reels for the background with blue/yellow cars are in good shape. This unit uses some very old school electronics but standard voltages so fixable if need be. Hope you get it and holler if you have any questions!!

Swine camera battery decided it's a no work day. Fixing that. Stand by... Sat AM will get some more pics up.

Appreciate all the feedback and advice. I'm still on the fence but glad to hear it's not as daunting to fix, if problems arise, as I thought. My son just moved to the city where it's for sale so maybe it's time for a visit.

Be methodical. Take pics with your camera phone. Remove oil off everything. Do not re-oil anything. Remember the pin repair guide is a great reference point when you have an issue.
