Thermal paste for voltage regulator k 4900

Hi guys. Is this the thermal paste that I need for the voltage regulator on the k 4900 bottle cap style?

Thermal Paste 1 Gram Packet - Arcade Parts and Repair

Silicone thermal non conductive heatsink compound paste 1 gram packet. package of thermal grease enough for 2-3 TO-3 or 4-6 TO-220 / TO-247 transistors.

Yes you could use this in conjunction with a standard mica insulator. Or you could replace with a silicone "sil-pad" and not have to worry about using paste.
