Hi, I have a TOM that works great but just started a couple of problems.

I am hoping someone can steer me in the right direction.

I read through the owners manual but can't seem to find out which fuse the back box lights run off of. All of the lights are out, so i think it is fuse related.

Also, my trunk is starting to stick - any tricks?

Thanks,
Chris

Check your GI connectors, that's a common problem for GI out. They will look burnt, or brown, VERY common. If so, you need to replace the connector and header pins.

Your manual will tell you what connector to look at. Page 3-26

J121...check that connector.

If you have the older version driver board it could be your [FONT=verdana,arial,helv,helvetica][SIZE=-1]GI Diodes at locations D25 to D32 which have a tendency to overheat and cause issues.

This! I just had the exact same problem on my TOM last mont, had to replace header and pins. Easy job if youre a little familiar with soldering.

I bet the J121 pin for that string is burned. Do a string test for the GI lights. I think its strings 1&2 that light up the backbox.

Peace

Thanks for the quick replies...

I havent had a chance to look at the pin yet, but will this weekend.
