I prefer hd video if possible. 720 or 1080 in movie file format. I work with a MAC so the file is a m4v. or mov. does not matter as long as it's shot without a cell phone 
as for the questions..... just be loose I don't want everyone to come up with the same questions. Keep it simple, like how you got interested in the arcade hobby, such and such.....
