A forum member on here asked me if I could take some pictures of my Three Stooges machine... Since I shot pictures for him - I thought I would share them with everyone else on here...

Legendary show, sweet cabinet...gameplay...not so much :D
Yours sure looks like it's in great condition though. Don't remember if I ever actually saw one or not, but I've played it in MAME a bit.

A rare and valuable machine, and one helluva looker. Thanks for posting these pictures!

...

Its a cool looking game. I only played this only for a short time as a kid, they had one at the Putt Putt Golf & Games in Albany Georgia. Never really understood it :(

Very true that the game play is weak at best. It's hard to believe that a game like this was produced in 1984. With all the other fantastic titles that had been produced up to that date - how is it the Mylstar would say - yeah... that sounds like a really fun idea for a game!!! It's very much like Exidy said... you dont really know what's going on most of the time.

With that said - it is a rarity with only 200 of them being produced. The artwork and color scheme of the cabinet as a whole seem to work well together. The sounds and voice parts of the game are somewhat comical and interesting to say the least. And while all this is going on - 3 blind mice is being played. A very strange machine indeed...

Nice machine. They used to have one in my old arcade in HB.

Those pictures just make me want this more.

When I first heard about this game I decided that it was one that I wanted since I love the game on the NES.... then I found out how hard to find it is.

Looks like it's in awesome condition

I dont see these pop up often at all - it would be interesting to know if anyone has any spare parts laying around

I believe there was one in the diner on the show "What's Happening Now", the follow up to What's Happening. I recall seeing it in pretty much every episode.

I played it a lot when it first came out. It's actually a lot of fun with 3 players... lots of chaos and player interaction (very similar to the actual 3 stooges). You can hit each other as well as the bad guys.

But, playing single player is not much fun.

(Yeah, the graphics are very blocky and primative for mid 80's)

Yup but then attract screen dance and pent-up Stoogie dance pants.
