The liability with N-in-1's seems to have been "legislated" as to belong with the manufacturer of the PCB. As the "manufacturer" of your specific MAME instance, this would be you in this case. I am NOT an attorney, and certainly not criticizing you or what you choose to do...just sharing the situation as I've come to understand it.

There seems to be no civil penalty for selling a counterfeit/knockoff item. The violation occurs in the creation of the item. Again, not an attorney, nor do I play one on TV...just observation/legal readings.

Well, if you're putting it on CL, make sure you first take horrible pictures of it, misspell at least 6 words in your listing, and double the price.
