I have to check the fuse for this, but the magnet in test menu says power off. The wall also is not dropping and I cannot make it drop by pushing on it. The optics work and notice the ball passing in front to the wall.

Anyone have any experience with this and can tell me where to start? Also the lock switches behind the wall are dead also.

If the fuse is bad I will replace it, but if it blows again where do I start is the question.

I am curious if the fuse is blown, replace fuse, and it blows again then what?

Seeing as I just discovered this morning that both right wire ramp switches have the wires broken at the solder points I wouldn't doubt this is probably a broken wire on one of the switches!

whoever did the last shop job on this game SUCKS! Old wax everywhere, broken wires, wire frames not put back like they were supposed to be. Just horrible it is.

Multitude of things can cause the fuse to blow. Two wires touching each other - touching another neighboring component - blown transistor - bad diode ..... the list goes on and on.
Check the wire chain and ensure everything is connected and not accidentally touching a neighboring component. Then drop in the new fuse. If it goes poof then you need to start looking at the driver board.

I did the switch matrix layout and only three switches are bad. All in one column, but not the rest so not sure it is a DB issue.

Thanks for the info Deadly I will try that tonight.

If it's all in one column, that just about answers your question. Find the ones that work, and see where the line goes.
