I came across an someone locally selling the arcade game The Pit. I looked it up and it looks interesting and I was wondering if any memebers have played this game before and if it is worth buying. The person is asking $200 for it( it's a table top version), they have been trying to sell it for a few weeks and I am thinking of making an offer on it. What would this game be worth, any ideas what to offer?

Bad game. There have been several threads within the past two weeks about it- probably all people looking at the same machine. Try the 'search' function of the forum.

It all depends on the condition. And I've seen a few other people talking about what i think is the same "The Pit" game for sale. so i'd act fast if I were you.

I think the pit is a very fun game. 200 seems like a good price as long as its not a water logged piece of shit. Id pay 200 for one. Im really like centuri games though.

You still interested in "THE PIT" stuff I have?

I picked up The Pit by Centuri today

Well I decided to pick up The Pit game today, it's the cocktail version.. A guy locally was selling it for $200 but I managed to get it for $150, I think I got a good deal. The game is in mint condition( it looks brand new, it even still had the plastic covering on the corners) , the guy said when he got it the game was still in the box and it also has the original manual and schematics with it. The reason he was selling it was he also picked up a pinball cocktail at the same time so he and his kids always play the pinball game and he really didn't have room for both games. What do you guys think about the price? I know that Flippers.com which is a locally arcade shop has one advertised on there website (not sure if it is an old ad) for $995 US. Here are some pictures.
