good news.. only one outstanding gift not received (of those that I have had responses).. Things happen.. backorder, family issues, etc... all it takes is communication to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Congrat's! On such short notice, I'd say things went very smoothly! Hopefully next year we can start a lot earlier and get more participants.

Okay, I went through the list of non-responses and everyone who has not responded has at least been active or had a post dated 12/30 or later. With that said, I am assuming everything was received - especially since I have had confirmation from the Secret Santa's that the packages were delivered.

Now, MacPDaddy still has not received anything and I have not heard anything from my attempts at contacting his Secret Santa. So, should I post a ' Bad Santa ' list?

the last activity from his Secret Santa is 12/1 (per his profile). I dont know if something came up or not.
