The not-so-great outdoors: what arcade games have you seen left to rot outside?

Did he get the boardset working?

Actually, I don't know...I'm not sure if he ever tried it out, but he was the only person I knew who had a Space Panic, and he has helped me out for other stuff I've needed here and there so I was happy to donate it to him.

The board was complete and surprisingly clean, but being outside as long as it was...it would be a bit of a miracle if it still worked...

I saw an ICE Turbo Drive (EM slot car game) siting by a bunch of storage spaces. It looked so cool, but the bubble was missing and the whole thing was melting from the moisture :( I was really in to slot cars at the time and it nearly made me cry.

Here's one I found in someone's unfinished pole shed complete with dirt floor:

The only difference here is that I didn't actually see it sitting outside, though I was told that it had for at least 2 years before being moved into the shed. It was advertised in the bargain box of my local newspaper for $10 .

I left a Taito Double Dragon cabinet outside for a month but I had gotten it from someone who had it outside. I smashed it for my video and when I went to hit it with a large sledge hammer, the hammer went through, it didn't knock it apart. I did prove that an old cabinet will fit in a small trash dumpster.

Saw a quantum left outside but parts were taken and picked a major havoc in a tempest cab up left outside when i was loading it the bottom fell out from all the rat piss and weather
