This isn't about the upcoming MK game,but MK related. Anyone seen this yet? Opinions?

Apparently WB picked this up and is producing a web series. Should be interesting.

Really looking forward to this game, I always though Mortal Kombat was a step behind in the genre since UMK3, great to see it's return to former glory. Unofrtunately I had to cancel my tourney preorder...I have way too many sticks right now. Game is scheduled to release April 18/19.

I'm just waiting for the news that the game will be refused classification and banned by our... *cough*... wonderful protective socially responsible Aussie government... Always "thinking of the children", and preventing us all being turned into brainwashed psychopaths by video games... Because all these naughty young kids have the means to go and buy the game in the stores the day it's released, without help from their parents...

so how does everyone feel about it? I gotta say I am starting to get dissapointed. watching the gameplay videos and really not doing it for me. I think the characters all walk retarded, its like there still 3d based. (you know what I mean). I feel like the side step bowlegged walk is retarded. The gameplay does not look smooth at all. The early trailers look awesome but the gameplay videos just dont seem the same. Maybe its just me, I havent played it so i dont know yet. But so far, not to happy

I'm still going to masturbate to those videos...

Really, though, it'll be interesting to see how well they make this. I was rather pleased with the latest Street Fighter sequel, seems like that's all it took to get the MK team riled up again.
