If you look at the flyer for Sega's THE LOST WORLD, you can clearly see that the marquee is designed to have a "background"... which it shows on both the upright and "theater" versions of the game.

Did these marquee backgrounds ever ship with uprights? I ask as I can't seem to find a single photo of a Lost World in the wild with one on it. It looks like it is badass and I want one for my machine...

This appears to be the actual artwork element they used to create the flyer above... it was found at System 16.

What are the total width measurements, and the width of the notch? I wonder if I could make it work? You could PM me your asking price too if you wish.

I also think it's for the deluxe because of the notch... the deluxe cab looks like it has a "box" which would fit up with the notch.

EDIT: I just noticed the left corner is tore off as well (vs the image posted above)... some of the T-Rex head is ripped off... bummer.

25.5 x 5.5 for notch.

T-rex head is not ripped off. It the way the cardboard is cut. same pic on both sides but the cut is not the same so thats what its cut off.

Yeah... looking at it... I think that notch is a deal-killer. It's 100% definitely for the deluxe version... that notch would be more than noticeable on the upright cabinet...plus I think the mounting would be different.

I'm surprised they went cheap with cardboard vs a nice piece of plexi.

I'd personally just cut it straight across where the top to the notch out is.
It looks like thats what they kinda did for the standard version.
