1. Don't count on machines working. Funspot always has a fair amount of games out of order. So if you are thinking of using (for example) TX1, Mini Golf or Juno First in the tournament you'll be SOL. WHY? TX1 has graphics errors and the shifter is suspect, Mini Golf was turned off a few months ago and Juno First has a really dim screen.

1b. And don't forget a game can break half way through day 1 and Funspot staff may not be able to get to fixing it.

2. Are you getting Funspot to move the games into a certain area for this tournament? Like all lined up. If no, your scorer(s) are gonna be running all over the place to record scores.

Those are the 2 big problems I see.

Let me worry about all of this. It's all good.

I have done tournaments at Funspot before. Never had issues with games to be honest.

I'm calling it right here. I think there will be at least 3 New World Records set at Funspot during this event.

1. Paperboy - set by our own long, tall Italian....jow

2. Bubbles - set by gregatron (you better make the trip!)

3. Super Sprint - probably set by YOU Pixel8Arcade (formerly TimeWarpArcade?), but I plan to give you a run for your money! :eek:

I don't think FS/ACAM has a Bubbles, at least I've never seen one on the floor in the 5 or 6 years I've been going there.

Isn't that running on a JROK board though and therefore be invalid for a record (granted it's not emulation?) I know Twin Galaxies were sticklers with that stuff...not sure about Aurcade.

EDIT: Wait I misread your post. You said "Mini BubbLESS". That's different than Mini Bubbles. ;)
